"Time Man"

I found some paintings by a guy named Luis Cruz Azaceta, and from what I saw, his paintings all have a global tragedy incorporated into them.
This one had an obvious, but vague title.
Time Man
So, I thought to myself, what could that mean?
My interpretation is of course linked to AIDS, and how people who have this virus are living with the knowledge that they are slowly dying.
Their time is limited.

What do you see in this painting?

"I Felt"

I felt the fear inside me building up
As I saw my friend falling apart
Oh, please don't leave me,
For I'll never see you again.
All the time I've spent
Not getting where I want
All I ever want
Is to see you the last day
I'd regret it all my life, just like you said,
"Don't forget my life. We'll be together forever."

DO SOMETHING

Hello!

As a citizen of this (wonderful) planet, we should feel obligated to be informed and be motivated to do something about tragedies that are unfortunately handed to us.
AIDS is a large issue that affects every single one of us.
Even if you don't have AIDS, you still have a huge possibility of contracting an HIV; a virus which leads to the development of AIDS.

So, I would love to hear some thoughts on what we can do to spread the word, and educate others on the topic of AIDS.
